This soft padded cushion with pocket to contain a cool pack is a thoughtful gift for post open heart surgery. It can also double as a comfy pillow or to keep the seat belt away from op site during travel. All listed cushions are sewn up to the stage to have the filling inserted and stitched up. So your choice can be posted at the earliest opportunity after ordering.

The cushion is made from quality cotton and has been lightly stuffed with polyester filling. Too much filling can be uncomfortable. The U shapes fit under armpits to help keep cushion and cool pack in the correct place, centre of chest.

It has 1 vertical oblong pocket which perfectly fits the included oblong cool packs. 2 re-usable hot /cool packs are included in the purchase as the cooling can be helpful on hot, healing scars and swelling. One cool pack in use and one in fridge/freezer getting ready to swap.
Each cool pack measures 28cm x 13cm (11 inches by 5 inches.)


Size is approximately - 90cm long x 41cm high ( 35 inches by 16 inches)
